Most important is our approach to assessing and managing the medications of the patient that could be the source of psychiatric disorders. The following symptoms may indicate an issue that needs attention: Loss of appetite, disorientation, depression, hallucinations, suicidal thoughts, sleep disturbance, increased social withdrawal, feelings of suspicion and mistrust, and severe memory loss.
